You can help in several ways. Obviously, making a financial contribution is important and necessary to help the ongoing support of our school staffs and teachers. It is a powerful thing to see how one classroom's innovative approach to learning can affect the atmosphere of achievement in the entire school
However, the gift of your time can be priceless. Our foundation is looking for ways that parents, patrons, and neighbors in the Mead School District can help out by volunteering. Volunteer
1. Help answer our emails, voice mail messages, and other communication.
2. Conduct "Grant Winner" interviews by coming in to the classroom and taking pictures, recording video, and talking to students and teachers about their projects.
3. Help us organize our community events.
4. Send us leads on local businesses and alumni who could become sponsors and partners in our fund-raising efforts. Names and phone numbers are always welcome! |
