St. Patrick's Day Celebrated in Style
The second annual eye4art, an art auction to benefit the Mead Education
Foundation, was held Saturday, March 17, from 3-8 p.m.
Art, hors d'oeuvres, and music coexisted in the Commons at Mt. Spokane High
School. A large selection of art from Mead School District teachers, staff, and
students were on display, and attendees were invited to bid on or
purchase pieces submitted by some of the area's most notable artists.
Proceeds from ticket sales, along with 25 percent of art sales, went to
the Mead Education Foundation to help provide continued support for the
teachers, staff, and students of Mead School District.
